At Nexornova, we believe in skill over certification. We’re hiring Django Web Developers who are passionate about backend logic, frontend interaction, and working with real-world projects. This full-time role begins with a 6-month structured training period, where you'll work directly with live projects and grow through hands-on experience.

We welcome individuals who are eager to contribute to both backend and frontend development and are open to exploring mobile development technologies when needed.
We are specifically looking for individuals who possess rational thinking, can make clear and well-informed decisions, are easily adaptable to change, and carry a scientific and practical approach to problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop backend modules using Django and Django REST Framework
  • Build and integrate frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Work with databases, API endpoints, and third-party integrations
  • Contribute to real-time internal and client projects during training
  • Participate in code reviews, team collaboration, and version control (Git)
  • Assist in deployment, testing, and documentation of applications
  • Optional but valued: Support in mobile app development using Python Kivy or Flutter where applicable

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Python and Django framework
  • Basic skills in frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of Git, API integration, and debugging
  • A willingness to work on both backend and frontend tasks
  • Exposure to mobile development frameworks like Flutter or Kivy will be considered a plus
  • Strong learning attitude, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability
  • No prior experience required — freshers are welcome.
